Do I need to book in advance?+
Yes, advance booking is highly recommended, especially during peak season (May–June, Sep–Oct). Last-minute bookings may not be available.
What items are needed for pooja?+
We provide all pooja samagri (ritual items) as part of the booking. You don't need to carry anything specific.
Can the pooja be done for a group?+
Yes, single or group poojas are available. Pricing varies based on group size. Contact us for group quotes.
I cannot visit — can you do pooja on my behalf?+
Yes, we offer proxy/virtual pooja services where our pandit performs the ritual on your behalf and sends a video.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before the date. 50% refund for 3–7 days. No refund for cancellations within 3 days.
Will I get a receipt/certificate?+
Yes, we provide a pooja completion certificate (prasad patra) that you can keep as a sacred memento.
